Description of accommodation

Very luxurious apartment complex, in which you will miss absolutely nothing. Comfort, luxury, peace and all possible facilities in the house and also in surroundings of the house! The whole complex was in 2009 completely renovated and very tastefully and carefully furnished, with feel for details. The complex consists of three apartments (which can be rented as a whole - code JM 0033 - or separately - under codes JM 0033 A, JM 0033 B and JM 0033 C). Appartment JM 0033 A: Ground floor, entrance, hallway, living room with sofas (as well as a fold-out bed), dining table, fireplace and sat-TV. Open kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic hotplate and hot air oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. Luxury bathroom with massage tub, shower and basin. Separate toilet. Central heating. Common facilities: Together is available a stylish restaurant with a fireplace, a bar with tap and TV. In the restaurant are 6 tables (28 sitting places). You can ask the landlord to prepare a meal for you, your family and friends. To the restaurant belong a nice, big fireplace in the garden, where you can grill. On request, the landlord will give you a portable grill with lava-stone to your disposal. In the basement there is a stylish wineroom with a fireplace and smoke-box, where you can sit in the evenings with your family or friends and enjoy some glasses of good Moravian wine. Room with sauna, cooling basin and massage table. The landlord is also a masseur, in agreement and for a fee you can also enjoy sauna or massage. There is also a vast, fenced garden - almost 2 hectares! at disposal. In the well maintained garden there are found several ponds, in which it is possible to fish (trout, carp, tenchs, amurs). Boat at disposal. In the garden stands also a garden house with seating and nice view of the garden and ponds. There is also a wooden garden furniture at disposal. Plenty of parking places.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. On request there is the possibility of using the washing machine. In agreement with the landlord and for a fee you can rent 4 bicycles. Playground for petanque. In agreement the landlord can prepare for you some dishes, or you can grill meat and fish. For a fee you can also use the sauna or get a massage. The consumption of electricity and in heating season also the heating shall be paid on spot to the landlord. Apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 persons. The prices in the price list are scheduled for the maximal occupancy with 4 persons - one extra person is possible for a fee on spot (CZK 400,- = EUR 15,-/person/night).

In a word - great! The house stands in South Moravia, in 2 hectares large, beautifully maintained, fenced garden, on the edge of village Osicko, ca. 8 km northeast of the town Bystrice pod Hostynem. The South Moravia in the Czech Republic is a famous wine region. Beautiful landscape of Hostynske-Hills is rich in a variety of hiking and evaluation trails, here are found some view-towers, from which is an amazing view of the surrounding, for example in a beautiful hilly landscape around the villages Rusava and Rajnochovice. The area offers ideal conditions for cycling (there are also held some mountain bike races). In addition, this area is also rich in cultural and historical sightseeings - such as the ruins of the castle Saumburk 4 km, aragonite caves Zbrasov 11 km, castle Helfstyn 18 km, open-air museum in Roznov pod Radhostem 30 km, castle Vsetin 35 km, castle Lipnik nad Becvou 21 km, church and place of pilgrimage "Saint Hostyn" 15 km.
Distances: Basic foods in the village 100 m, supermarket (Bystrice) 8 km. Restaurant 200 m, pizzeria 150 m. Spacious, fenced garden border on a beautiful, newly built public swimming pool! with many facilities - such as heated swimming pool 33 x 18 m, paddling pool for children, beach, 66 m long water slide, restaurant, tennis court, table tennis and skittles. Horse riding on the ranch of the landlord or (Rajnochovice) 6 km. Recreational lake with the possibility of surfing and other water sports running (Hustopece nad Becvou) 13 km. Fishing (with a permit) in private ponds in the garden or in the dam behind the public swimming pool 200 m. Also the mountain climbing lovers come here into their own - in the 14 km distant Hostynske-Hills there are found same rocks, on them an active climbing is exercised. You will find hier e.g. a rock formation "Orel“ („Eagle") and 13 m high rock wall "Zub“ („Tooth") distant 18 km. The forest 1 km.
