You occupy a separate apartment with its own entrance in the attic of a beautiful, free-standing villa, built in 2008. A few wooden stairs up and you get to the attic. Entrance, bedroom with sofa for 2 persons, TV and two single beds. A spacious living room/bedroom with three single beds, dining table and kitchenette with two electric hotplates, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Central gas heating. Villa stands on its own, non-fenced ground, there is garden furniture (table and benches), firaplace and a portable grill at disposal. Plenty of space for parking.

In agreement with the landlord and for a fee you can take with you your own horses. In the ground floor of the house there are three boxes for horses. One dog allowed for fee EUR 8,- / dog / day. The electricity consumption is in price included, there are bed-clothes, towels and dish-clothes at disposal. If you are heating in the apartment, you will pay on spot for heating EUR 4,- per day. Apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.

Villa stands on a quiet place, alone on a large meadow, at the creek, on the edge of the village Malenice, ca. 6 km south of the small town Volyne. The border with Germany (Bavaria) is only 40 km distant. You are here surrounded by fascinating natural scenery with many hills, peaks, meadows and deep forests. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, pickig of forest fruits or taking trips. In the surroundings are found many historical and cultural sightseeings, e. g. Helfenburk ruins, where the medieval knight tournament are held, is 13 km distant, town and castle Vimperk 14 km, historic town Strakonice with castle 17 km, chateau Kratochvile 28 km, Kasperk ruins 27 km, Rabi ruins 34 km, National Park „Bohemian Forest“ and virgin forest „Boubin“ 30 km.
