You inhabit a separate part of the former farmhouse with its own fenced garden and a private entrance, you have a complete privacy. All rooms are in one level, apatment is completely renovated and very well and comfortably furnished. Entrance, kitchen with dining table for 3 people, electric stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Bedroom with one double and one single bed, satellite TV. Possibility of one extra bed. Nice bathroom with shower and toilet. Central gas heating. There is own fenced garden, garden furniture and a portable grill at disposal. Own parking on a driveway.

In east Bohemia, in the area called Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, in the village Vysoká, about 5 km south of the town Havlickuv Brod. The house stands near the forest, overlooking the garden, the village, pond in the village green and the forests. The area offers excellent conditions for hiking and biking, berry picking, fishing and taking many various trips. Chateau Přibyslav 11 km, chateau Polna 10 km, castle Lipnice nad Sázavou 19 km.
Distances: Basic food, supermarket and restaurant (Havlickuv Brod) 5 km. In Havlickuv Brod you also find outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. Horseback riding in the village about 100 meters distanced. Swimming in a water tank Pilská 29 km or in a large recreational lake Velke Darko 34 km. Fishing (permit required) in a river Sázava, or in a stream Slapance 5 km. The forest 300 m.
