Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and utensils. Living room with sofa (extra double bed) and LCD TV. Dining room with table for 4 people. Two separate bedrooms. First bedroom with a double bed. The second with a single bed that can be unfold into two beds. Bathroom with bath shower and sink. Separate toilet. Central heating. Guests have access to a lockable bicycle shed. Parking in front of the house.

In Šumava, right by the Lipno dam, in the famous tourist destination Frymburk, 7 km from Lipno nad Vltavou and about 23 km from Český Krumlov. The apartment is located in the center of Frymburk, about 100 m from the shores of Lipno and offers excellent conditions for summer tourism. In the village you will find a number of restaurants and cafes, sandy beaches, a port for cruise ships and much more. Right below the apartment is the possibility to connect to the bike path leading around Lipno and other attractions in the area. As the Lipno Reservoir is the main tourist destination in the wider area, there is an inexhaustible amount of entertainment waiting for tourists throughout the year, from a variety of water sports, mild and challenging cycling trails and many natural monuments across the Šumava, to perfect winter activities thanks to to the nearby ski resort in Lipno nad Vltavou, the ski slope directly in Frymburk or the skating trail on the frozen dam. Tourists should not miss a visit to the treetop trail (7 km), the monastery in Vyšší Brod (18 km), Rožmberk castle (19 km) and the historic town of Český Krumlov (23 km).
