Right by the Lipno Dam in Šumava, in the popular tourist town of Frymburk, less than a kilometer from the sandy beach, 23 km south of Český Krumlov. Accommodation can be found a few tens of meters from the local wellness hotel with an aqua park and sauna world, a good walking distance from the center and the beach. Not only the city of Frymburk, but the entire coast of Lipno offers excellent conditions for summer tourism and recreation by the water. We can find the beautiful cycle path along the bank of the dam (only 50 m from the house), plenty of restaurants, the possibility of sailing on the Lipno, viewpoints, natural monuments in the Šumava Protected Area and other attractions. These include, for example, a trail in the treetops and a bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou (7 km), the monastery in Vyšší Brod (18 km), Rožmberk Castle (19 km) and the renowned historical town of Český Krumlov (23 km).
