All apartments are very comfortable, tastefully and modernly furnished. It is possible to order a separate apartment (JC301, JC302, JC303, JC304 and JC 0305) according to the number of persons.
Apartment No. 1 - JC 0301, is located on the ground floor, living room with kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle) and television. There is a wide sofa bed that can sleep two people comfortably. Then there is a bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has its own outdoor seating area. Maximum 4 people. Apartment No. 2 - JC 0302, is located on the ground floor of the building. Living room with TV and a wide sofa bed that can be comfortably slept by two people. Kitchenette (ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle). Bedroom with double bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has its own outdoor seating area. Maximum 5 people. Apartment No. 3 - JC 0303, is located on the first floor. Kitchen with dining table for 8 people, TV, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, have an extra bed and the other has a sofa bed as an extra bed for two people. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The apartment has its own outdoor seating area on the terrace. Maximum 7 people. Apartment No. 4 - JC 0304, is located on the first floor. Living room with a TV and a sofa bed where two people sleep comfortably. Kitchen with dining table for 8 people, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom plus one single bed. One of the bedrooms has a beautiful view of the countryside. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has its own outdoor seating area on the terrace. Maximum 7 people. Apartmrnt No. 5 - JC 0305, is located on the second floor. Living kitchen with dining table for 10 people, TV, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and kettle. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. One bedroom has a single bed, the other has an extra bed and the third has an extra bed and a single bed. The apartment has its own outdoor seating area on the balcony with views. Maximum 10 people. For all apartments there is a shared car park for 8 cars behind the house, a heated swimming pool and a bench with a whirlpool on the feet, a wellness rest room, a ski room and a bicycle room.

Šumava is a beautiful piece of nature with mountains, deep forests and the vast Lipno lake. Surroundings offer many options - both in summer and in winter. Ideal place for a family holiday, good bathing opportunities, water sports and a lot of trips around the area.
Distances: Basic food, restaurants and supermarket within 500 m. Lake Lipno with beaches, swimming and water sports 450 m. Winter info: The Kramolín winter resort with a chair lift is only 6 km away (4 ski lifts, 5 ski slopes, evening skiing, 50 km of cross-country skiing tracks, ski school, ski rental). The Hochficht (1,300 m) ski area on the Austrian border of the Šumava (about 45 km) offers 9 ski slopes, three four-chair lifts and 6 ski lifts, a snowpark, a ski school, ski rental and snow-skiing.
