You are staying in the pleasantly furnished apartment no. 3 with a terrace on the 1st floor of a guesthouse without reception located in a quiet part of the village 350 m from the beach. Spacious living room with a seating on sofa bed (full-size double bed) and armchair by the TV, a dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette fitted with an induction hob, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, capsule coffee maker and small fridge with freezer compartment. Separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The living room is walk-through to the terrace with a small folding table and a pair of wooden chairs.
On the ground floor of the guesthouse there is a lounge with a TV and hi-fi tower, ladies' and gent's toilets and a kitchen equipped with an electric cooker plate, convection oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, small fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
A lock-up bike & ski storage room, sheltered seating on wooden benches with two gas grills and fire pit with seating are also available to guests on the premises. Children were also remembered, for whom there is a trampoline, slide and swings. The entire plot is surrounded by a trimmed hedge for your maximum privacy.

One pet is allowed for a fee CZK 250 per day. Consumption of electric power and local tourist tax are included in price. A deposit is not required. Extra bed for a child of up to 12 years of age for CZK 250 per night. A baby of up to age of 2 for free. A baby cot upon request. Bedding, towels and tea cloths provided for free. In South Bohemia, in the Šumava protected area, at the upper end of Lipno reservoir, in a quiet part of the village of Nová Pec - Dlouhý Bor, 11 km northwest of the town of Horní Planá and 40 km west of the town of Český Krumlov. Aside from the tourist-congested lower Lipno area, here you have Šumava mountains and the best of the "Bohemian Sea" in one place, in peace and without crowds of holidaymakers. The sandy beach and the departure point for paddlers is only 350 m away! Excellent conditions for fishing, swimming, water sports, hiking and cycling. In autumn, local woodland turns into a paradise for mushroom pickers. A tarmac path suitable not only for cyclists but also for inline skaters takes you from Nová Pec to the village of Stožec (15 km). Set off for a hike along the trail Medvědí stezka that starts at train stop in the hamlet of Ovesná (8 km) and takes you through the forest around Jelenská hora mountain or further to Plešné jezero lake (19 km), from where you can start climbing Plechý, the highest mouintain of Šumava. An easy trip is worth taking to H. Planá to the Dobrá voda lookout (11 km), from which you can observe the entire area of Lipno reservoir, and along the way visit the Wapiti Mini Zoo (7 km) with the children. For history lovers, we recommend visiting the romantic ruins of castle Vítkův Hrádek (26 km).

Distances: Basic groceries, restaurant, kids playground, visitor centre, post office, bicycle rental, boat rental and fishing with permit (in the village) within 1 km, cash machine, outdoor cinema and tennis courts (Horní Planá) 11 km.

Winter info: ski resorts České Žleby (26 km) inland and Hochficht (26 km) in Austria, a network of clear trails for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity with connections to the ridge line Šumavská highway.
