Description of accommodation

Free standing, renovated three-storey cottage in 2017. Entrance, living room with sofa (also double bed), tv, dining table for 5 persons, kitchen and wood stove. The kitchen has a hot-air oven with glass ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and kettle. Downstairs in the basement a newly renovated bathroom with a toilet and a sauna. A beautiful view from the bath on the Beskydy Mountains. Bathroom access to the terrace to the pool. From the living room up stairs the entrance to the attic with 4 single beds, from which is the entrance to the bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Heating the solid fuel stove object in the living room and the attic. Possibility to use your own electric heaters. Garden, covered wooden outdoor seating, terrace with loungers by the pool (5 x 2,8 m), second outdoor seating, portable grill, trampoline, swing, parking on own fenced land for up to 3 cars.

Note on accommodation

One small dog is allowed, after agreement a bigger dog. Wifi. Consumption 50 kWh in price, over-consumption is paid on site before departure. Refundable deposit 3 000, - CZK. Upon agreement with the lessor you can rent a quad bike for a fee. The building is suitable for 5/9 persons, possibility of extension to up to 11 people using additional 2 extra beds upon agreement with the landlord.

In the middle of a hill, in the beautiful nature of the Beskydy Mountains, with a wonderful view of Lysá hora. Freestanding, in 2017 a newly renovated three-storey cottage, on a separate fenced plot. Absolute privacy and quietness are a matter of course, only the forest and nature are located behind the cottage. Unforgettable view from the deck chairs over the swimming pool to the beautiful nature of the Beskydy Mountains with the dominant Lysá hora, 8 km from the object. The cottage is situated on the outskirts of Podlesí, 3 km from the center of Frydlant nad Ostravicí, where you can find all the civic amenities. The center of the larger city of Frydek-Mistek is 12 km away, Ostrava 30 km, the border with Poland 38 km, the border with Slovakia 30 km. A unique holiday for everyone, absolute comfort and privacy, in the surroundings of the cottage there is the possibility of cycling, hiking trails (hiking on Lysá hora), swimming, golf, nature exploration and various excursions.
