Description of accommodation

Freestanding, in 2015 a newly renovated, very high standard three-storey cottage. Entrance, corridor, dining room connected with kitchen. Beautiful and modern new kitchen, glass ceramic hob, microwave oven, which also serves as a standard oven with grill function, dishwasher, fridge and electric kettle. Dining room with a table for 10 people and a fireplace. From the corridor to the right of the separate toilet, the bathroom with two washbasins, two shower rooms and another separate toilet. Upstairs on the first floor a spacious living room with sofa for 8 people, a coffee table and an LCD TV. From the living room in the middle of the entrance to the first bedroom with a narrower double bed. From the living room on the left, enter the bedroom with two bunk beds for 4 people. From the living room on the right, enter the bedroom with one single bed. Glazed veranda with infra sauna. From the living room up the stairs is enter to the gallery on the second floor. In the gallery there is an extra bed. From the gallery enter the spacious bedroom with a double bed. The view from the gallery is directly on the slopes. The entire interior of the building is decorated with paneled wood. Heating the building with a fireplace or electric heater, which can be remotely controlled by sms. At the entrance to the cottage "drying room" of ski boots. The property includes a non-fenced garden, a wooden outdoor sitting for 10 people, a portable gas grill, a fireplace, swings and children's climbing frames. Parking in front of the object.

Two cots on request. A small dog (small breed) by arrangement and for a fee € 20,-. WiFi, energy consumption and tourist fee included. Washing machine available. Possibility of extra additional 2 extra beds. In winter parking in front of the snow chains, or 400 m from the cottage in front of Malenovice (free of charge), where you will be provided with luggage. You have to be warned, on this object is applied 1 extra condition cancellation fee who is outside the V.O.P. - from the moment of payment of the deposit up to 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the stay.

The cottage is located in a remote part of Malenovice, about 2 km from its center. In Malenovice you will find common amenities. The center of the bigger town Frýdlant nad Ostravicí is 6 km away, the town Frýdek Místek 19 km, Ostrava 37 km. There are many hiking trails in the surroundings of the cottage, especially the hiking trail on Lysá hora, the Beskydy Mountains (8 km), cycling, swimming - swimming pool Frýdlant nad Ostravicí (6 km), a trip to Satinský waterfall (700 m) (8 km).
