Freestanding cottage, built in 2000, cosily furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa and dining area, TV and radio. Partly open kitchen with an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bathroom with a shower, separate toilet. In the attic there are two bedrooms – the first with one double bed and one single bed and the second with one double bed. There is a partially fenced garden with a hedge, a terrace, garden furniture and a garden fireplace. The garden ends at the water. Own parking lot.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of a holiday village Clunek, on the bank of the pond Klikovsky, ca. 12 km east of the historic town Jindrichuv Hradec. View of the pond and the forest behind it. In the pond only 20 m from the cottage you can swim and do water sports. The area offers ideal conditions for quiet family holiday, swimming, hiking and biking (nice marked hiking and cycling paths) or taking of various trips. In the surroundings there are many sightseeings, castles and chateaus – e.g. town and chateau Jindrichuv Hradec 10 km, chateau and town Telc (on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO) 33 km, chateau Zirovnice 23 km, the ruin Landstejn 13 km, chateau and spa town Trebon 32 km, chateau Cervena Lhota 27 km and others.
