Description of accommodation

Free-standing cottage with a living area only ca. 36 m2. Enter via the terrace, hallway, kitchen with dining table for 2/3 persons, one electric hotplate, refrigerator, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Stairs to the attic. Upstairs there is a living room/bedroom with sitting area (sofa for two persons, which may be fold-out into a bed for 2 persons), TV and access to the bedroom (only curtain instead of door). In the bedroom there is a double bed. Electric heating. Cottage stands on a large non-fenced meadow, at the brook. There is a terrace, garden furniture with parasol, portable grill and fireplace at disposal. Own parking lot.

One small dog allowed (only small race). The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Chalet is suitable for a maximum of 3/4 persons.

In the Bohemian Forest (the Sumava mountains), almost alone standing, near the village Rejstejn, ca. 3,5 km east of the town Kasperske Hory, about 13 km south of the town Susice and only 28 km from the border with Germany (Bavaria). Village is found on the border of the National Park of Bohemian Forest (the Sumava mountains). Calm place in the middle of beautiful countryside, about 20 m from the cottage burbles a small creek and 100 m from the cottage flows river Otava. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming, water descending on rafts, picking of forest fruits and taking of various trips to see the natural beauties (such as: along the river „Vydra“, surrounding of villages Srni, Modrava, Horska Kvilda) as well as cultural and historical sightseings (castle Kasperk 7 km, castle Velhartice 25 km, the ruins of castel Rabi 23 km, castle Vimperk 25 km).
Distances: Basic foods 300 m, supermarket (Susice) 13 km. Only 50 m from the cottage there is hotel "Iris" with a restaurant. Other restaurants 100 m and 200 m.
