Description of accommodation

Free standing cottage build in 1996. Entrance, hall, living room with a sitting suit, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. One extra bed possible. Open kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Another bathroom with a shower toilet and a wash basin. Upstairs is a hall with sitting and access to the balcony. Further on there are 3 bedrooms – one with a double bed, second one with one double bed and one single bed and third one with one single bed. Central heating (solid fuels). You have a garden with garden furniture and parasol, mobile grill and fire pit at disposal. For children there is a small air-swimming pool, swing and sand-pit with a slide. Own parking-site.

One pet allowed. Balls for football, basketball and volleyball at your disposal. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. Bedlinen provided for a fee of CZK 70,-/person. The bungalow is suitable for maximum of 5 persons. Non smoking house.

A beautiful view of the nature - forests, meadows and the pond Hnacovsky in the surroundings. Suitable for lovers of nature, hiking and cycling. Winter-centers as Kocourov 8 km (ideal for a families with children, 350 m ski route, snowpark, ski rentals, ski school, artificial snow, night ski riding), Hartmanice (Hamizna Hora) 35 km and Kasperk Mountains 40 km. Other skiing centers like Spicak, Pancir, Zelezna Ruda, Zadov, Churanov, Nove Hute and Stachy in the perimeter of 40-60 km (ski lifts, ski slopes, night skiing, ski schools and ski rental).
