Free standing bungalow. Small but very nice holiday house, comfortably arranged. Entrance, hall, living room with sitting suit, dining table, sat-TV and radio. Modern, open kitchen with 4 electric plates, fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with one double bed and one tipping extra bed. Non-fenced property, terrace with garden furniture and parasol and mobile garden grill available. Own parking-site next to a bungalow for 1 car free.

No pets allowed. Ca 40 m from house there is bungalow VC 0003, which is also to rent. Renting of one boat possible after agreement with the landlord and for fee (boat is common with VC 0003). Final cleaning EUR 40,-. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. It is necessary to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Ideal for seniors and calm families. The cottage is suitable for maximum of 4 persons.
