A detached cottage on its own unfenced plot, beautifully and tastefully renovated for a unique experience with your loved ones. Entrance to the cottage via a separate staircase and a spacious terrace.
The main common room is furnished in the "Austrian" style, the entire building is dominated by natural materials, solid wooden furniture, and the view of the surrounding nature through large-format glazing is particularly beautiful. The dominant feature of the living room is a dining table for 10 people, a four-piece sofa set with a coffee table and a fireplace stove. A wine cellar is available (wine price list available from the owner). The common hallway further divides the cottage into 2 separate suites for maximum comfort of the guests.
On the left, the 1st suite - living room connected to the kitchenette. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and dishwasher. In the living room there is also a dining table for 4 people, a sofa (serves as an extra bed for 2 children under 15 years), a coffee table, an LCD TV and a fireplace. Bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
On the right, the 2nd apartment - a living room connected to a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes and a dishwasher. In the living room there is also a dining table for 4 people, a sofa (serves as an extra bed for 2 children under 15 years), a coffee table, an LCD TV and a fireplace. Bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. Bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Heating of the property locally with a fireplace and in the bathrooms with electricity (floor + ladder). In the basement of the cottage there is a bicycle room - bicycles can be stored and charged. Guests have a large garden around the cottage, wooden seating by the fireplace, outdoor seating on the terrace with a gas grill, a stream flows nearby, where the owner built a small relaxation pond with seating. Pets allowed (small/medium breed, for a fee). Baby cot 1x (on request). WiFi connection (weak signal in the given location). Refundable deposit 5,000 CZK. Electricity consumption included in the price. The property is intended for families with children, groups of friends, does not serve as a "party house" for youth groups. Bed linen, towels and tea towels available in the price. The property is located in a protected landscape area, there is a strict ban on the use of pyrotechnics! Maximum number of people: 7 adults + 4 children under 15 years + baby. We ask that you adhere to the list of people.
Prices in the off-season January - May, October - December (except Christmas and New Year's Eve) apply when half of the property (1 apartment) is occupied. When the entire cottage is occupied, the prices apply:

In South Bohemia, in solitude by the forest, in a protected landscape area near the beautiful village of Dobčice and in a short distance from Lipanovice. The cottage itself is located in a unique place, truly secluded. On the edge of the adjacent forest the owner has built a small pond next to the stream, where you can really relax. The unique view of the land around the cottage and the surroundings themselves invite you to relax and make trips into nature, whether on foot or by bike. In the evening you will experience a unique atmosphere of stargazing from a campfire, around which the owner has built wooden seating. There are truly diverse possibilities for trips: the village of Holašovice (5 km) - listed on the UNESCO, the Kratochvíle castle (11 km), the ruins of Dívčí kámen (18 km), the Hluboká nad Vltavou castle and the Ohrada Zoo (20 km), the regional capital České Budějovice with many sights (23 km), the Zlatá Koruna monastery (23 km), or the town of Prachatice (25 km).
