Detached house on its own grounds, tastefully renovated in 2014. Entrance, hall, living room with dining area and kitchen. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. In the dining room there is a table for 6 people, a mini-stereo and a wood stove. Living room with seating for 9 persons (fold out for an extra bed for 2 persons) and LCD TV. Bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There are 3 separate bedrooms on the first floor. First bedroom with a double bed and a cot. Second bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (pull-out bed for 2 persons). Third bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a cot. Heating electric and by fireplace. Guests have access to a garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and fireplace, for children there is a swing, slide and trampoline. Parking at the house for 3 cars.

In the iron mountains, on a gentle hill near the forest, between the village Smržovka and the town Tanvald. The area is suitable for hiking, cycling and in winter skiing - Ski Resort Spicak - the largest ski resort in the region, is only 5 km from the house. In the area you will find numerous tourist destinations, excursion possibilities and various sights. Swimming pool in Tanvald (1 km), aquapark in Jablonec nad Nisou (12 km), lake with beach in Jablonec nad Nisou. Castle ruins Vranov (21 km) and Frýdštejn (22 km), castle in Liberec (22 km) or castle Sychrov (29 km). Near the house there is a rock face Muchov (3 km) or a place overlooking the valley, Vrchúra (4.7 km). Do not forget to visit the observation tower Černá Studnice (9.8 km) with a magnificent view of the entire region. The beautiful waterfalls Mumlava (Harachov - 18 km). Jablonec nad Nisou is known for its glass tradition. Here you will find a glass museum and a jewelry museum. Especially recommended is the legendary cog railway Tanvald - Kořenov - Harrachov, an experience especially for children and technical enthusiasts.
