In the attic bedroom with double bed, single bed and table with chairs. Second bedroom with double bed and single bed. The building is heated by el. direct heaters and fireplaces. Unfenced garden with terrace, sitting area, barbecue and fireplace. Parking on the plot for 2 cars.

The area is ideal for both hiking and sports. The Lipno nad Vltavou recreation center offers, for example, a cable car, a hopsarium, a treetop trail, tennis courts, sightseeing boat cruises, Aquaworld, a paddleboard rental and equipment rental for various water sports. The Frymburk Museum is 9 km away, the Devil's Wall is 9 km away, the ruins of Vítkův hrádek are 21 km away and Rožmberk Castle is 20 km away.
