Wooden cottage with basement, completely renovated in 2019 for permanent living, insulated. Its main currency is complete peace and a fantastic view of nature, an outdoor terrace with a seating area with a fireplace and a grill. On the ground floor of the cottage there is one common room - a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a central wood-burning stove, an "L" sofa that can be folded into a double bed. From the main room, access to the wooden terrace - this can be used as a beautiful place for breakfast. Next to the room is a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine with dryer and dishwasher and a large electric water boiler. Furthermore, there is a chamber on the ground floor for storing basic food. In the attic we find 2 smaller rooms for sleeping - in one bedroom there is a double bed 140 cm, in the other room there are 3 single beds. In the cold season, the heating of the cottage is provided by a large fireplace stove, for ordinary heating, for example on a colder summer morning, you can use either a PB stove or an electric radiator. In front of the cottage is a terrace with massive garden furniture, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountain landscape. There is a fireplace under the terrace + the possibility to use a removable grate for grilling on direct fire or a kettle for cooking with a tripod. The cottage has a complete basement, deckchairs are stored in the first basement, enough space to store your bikes in the second basement. In front of the cottage, guests can also use a sandpit for children, behind the cottage there are swings in the forest and a "barefoot" trail for morning walks. A great place is the mountain lake "Ontario" about 400 m away with wonderfully clear water.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Water and wood consumption are also included in the rental price. For the autumn and winter season, we are introducing charges for electricity consumption. energy in the amount of CZK 8/kWh, then packing briquettes for CZK 150 each. Wi-Fi is stable and fast, large LCD television - no TV programs, PC must be connected via HDMI. Arrival on a paved dirt road. The cottage is non-smoking.

The cottage is located on the ridge of the Ore Mountains at an altitude of almost 900 m.a.s.l. approx. 15 km from the spa town of Teplice. Nové Město is located 5 km from the border crossing to Germany. The Bouřňák mountain resort is 2 km from the cottage. The area is great for nature lovers, hikers and cycling enthusiasts. In winter, well-known cross-country trails start right behind the accomodation. The cottage is situated in a former scout settlement on the edge of a beech forest with a wonderful view of a vast mountain meadow with the peak of Bouřňák in the distance, access to it is via a paved dirt road. In winter and when there is enough snow, you can park approx. 400 m from the cottage and walk to the cottage. Tips for trips in the area: Osek monastery (17 km), Barbora u Košťan lake (14 km), Teplice town (15 km), Pramenáč (5 km) and Kahlberg (13 km) lookouts, Cínova peat bog (9 km) and many another one.
