Description of accommodation

Free-standing cottage, in 2009 newly built, cozy, comfortable and very well equipped. Cottage has all the rooms in one level and is equipped with all possible conveniences. Entry, hallway, living room with sofa for 2 persons (serves also as a fold-out double bed -extrabed), dining table, fireplace, sat-TV with DVD and entry to the sunny terrace. Modern kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic hotplate and hot air oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Nice bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed and fold-out sofa (1,5 bed). Electric heating. The spacious garden is fenced, there are terrace with pergola, wooden garden furniture, portable grill, sandpit, slide and swimming pool with a diameter of 3,6 m (only during July and August) at disposal. Private parking.

Cot on request. One dog allowed. The washing machine and Wifi is at disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4/6 persons + baby.

In central Bohemia, on the edge of the beautiful holiday collony with only 4 cottages, near the village Drsnik, ca 10 km east of the town Pribram and about 55 km south of the capital city of Prague (good available by highway). Cottage stands on the really amazing and very quiet place, in a slight southern slope, surrounded by a lovely and romantic hilly countryside. By the time you leave the main road, the landscape become still more and more beautiful - you feel like you are in a fairy tale! The area is absolutely ideal for romantic walks, pikniks on the meadows near the woods, cycling or taking of various trips. In the surroundings there are found many interesting places and cultural and historical sightseeings – e.g. place of pilgrimage – monastery Svata Hora (the Holy Mountain) near town Pribram 9 km, chateau Dobris 25 km, castle ruins Vrskamyk 13 km, chateaus Orlik 26 km, Zaluzany 15 km, Sedlcany 35 km, Breznice 20 km and Blatna 30 km. Even a trip to the capital city Prague should not miss in your program.

Aquapark (also in-door) and sauna, renting of bicycles, tennis court and minigolf (Pribram) 12 km. Swimming, water sports running and boat renting on the Orlik-dam 7 km. Golf course (Lisnice) 40 km. Horse riding (Smolotely) 5 km. Forest 500 m. Fishing (with a permit) in two ponds 200 m (you can there also obtain a fishing license from the fishing association - for a fee). Another possibility to fish on the Orlik-dam 10 km.
