Kitchenette with fridge freezer, electric hob and oven with grill, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Downstairs, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with four single beds. Heating with fireplace and electric. Behind the house is a terrace with garden furniture and outdoor fireplace. The garden is fenced, private parking.

The holiday home stands near forest, on a slope, near the Blanice river and has a wonderful uninterrupted view of the charming South Bohemian landscape. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, fishing and visiting many sights of South Bohemia. The historic town of Pisek with many restaurants and cafes and a castle 12 km, castle ruins Helfenburk 25 km, castle and town Tyn nad Vltavou 23 km, chateau Kratochvile 29 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou and a nearby zoo 38 km.
