A cozy garden cottage with a covered terrace, a huge garden, a stone swimming pond and a pond for occasional fishing. Kitchen with electric two-burner stove, microwave oven, fridge, sink, kettle and small sitting area. Living room with TV, sofa set (folds out into a double bed with a width of 140 cm, more suitable for children) and the possibility of adding another mattress. Separate bedroom with double bed and direct access to the garden. In the unfenced garden, guests have at their disposal an outdoor covered seating area, a garden grill, a fire pit, a sand pit, a swimming lake and a small pond, where you can go fishing for a small fee upon agreement with the landlord. Parking right next to the cottage.

Pets allowed (maximum 2 animals, free of charge). Baby cot available. Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000. Free electricity (paid only in the period October - April). No charge for accommodation! The owner lives in the building next door and fully respects the guests' privacy. The capacity of the cottage is 5 people + 1 baby (suitable for 2 adults, 2 children under 12 years, 1 additional person on an extra bed and 1 baby).

In South Bohemia, 1 km north of the village of Tálín and 10 km from Písek. The accommodation is located on the edge of the small village of Kukle, in a very quiet place with a view of nature and is therefore absolutely ideal for relaxation. In the surrounding area, you will find a wide range of opportunities for excursions and sightseeing, we definitely recommend the historic town of Písek with the oldest stone bridge in Central Europe, castles such as Strakonice (31 km), Helfenburk near Bavorova (30 km), or the state castle Hluboká nad Vltavou (35 km). Those interested in golf have an ideal opportunity on the beautiful golf course in Kestřany (19 km). For swimming, you can use the pond directly in Tálín, the swimming pool in Písek (13 km) or the swimming pond right next to the cottage.
Distances: Pub (Talin) 1 km, shops, restaurants, hypermarket, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and all amenities (Písek) 10 km, tennis 6 km, golf 19 km, riding on horseback 1 km.
