Older kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a bath, extra WC. Bedroom with a double bed and sitting place. On the first floor you will find second spacious bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. Into this bedroom you will come on ladder-stairs with a trap-door. Central gas heating. Spacious garden is fenced with a hedge, terrace for sunbathing and the second roofed terrace with a fire-place on the other side of the house at disposal. Garden furniture with sun-umbrella, fire place and sand pit. Own parking place.

Cot on request. No pets allowed. After discussing the landlord can arrange rental of a boat on the river Luznice. The consumption of electricity per week, water consumption and CZK 50,-/week for gas shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for max. 5 adults + 1 baby.

The chalet stands on a calm and sunny spot, on a big property, only 25 m from the recreational pond Hejtman, where you can swim. Ideal conditions for swimming, cycling, fishing, boat trips and visiting of various places of interest. In the surroundings you can find castles Kotnov 7 km, Choustnik 14 km and Kamen 28 km. Stalactite caverns in Chynov 15 km, chateau Cervena Lhota 23 km and many others.
