Hallway, living room with sofa (also to be used as a sofa bed for 2 persons) and television. Kitchen with dining area, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Bedroom with double bed and one single bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Gas central heating. There is a fenced grassy yard, garden furniture, garden portable grill and a fireplace to disposal. Parking in the yard.

One small dog is allowed (only a small breed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week). The consumption of electricity and gas shall be paid to the landlord on the spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 5/7 persons.

In West Bohemia, at the foots of Bohemian Forest, in the village Pocinovice, about 8 km north of the town Klatovy and about 12 km south-west of the town Klatovy. The original family estate with a fenced courtyard – absolutely ideal for families with children. The house stands in the centre of the village, which is located in historically and tourist interesting area called „Chodsko“. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, fishing, gathering forests fruits and taking of many various trips. In the surrounding there are many sightseeings – e. g. the ruins Klenova 9 km, Novy Herstejn and Ryzmberk 10 km, the hill and ruin of castle Pajrek 9 km, the town Klatovy with catacombs 12 km, the chateau and town Domazlice 19 km, water castle Svihov 22 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant in the village 50 – 100 m, supermarket and other restaurants (Nyrsko) 8 km and (Klatovy) 12 km.
