Free standing former farm, You live on whole upper floor with own entrance. The landlord lives on ground floor. Living room with sitting suit, corner hearth, TV with satellite, billiard and entrance to the balcony. Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker with electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet and automatic washing machine. Bedroom with three single beds, bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with double bed and two single beds. In the attic there is a spacious common room with billiards, table football and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Central heating. Garden, garden furniture with parasol, garden fireplace and for children sand pit and swing. In the garden stands a small house with in-door swimming pool, which You can use without limitation. Swimming pool is 8 x 4 m, 1,5 m deep and with lighting and solar heating. In front of the house there is own parking-site and grassy playground for volleyball and football, further slide, trampoline (diameter 4,5 m with safety net) and basket cage.

Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Power consumption is paid according to consumption. Available WiFi internet access included, a fitness machine and a washing machine. Upon agreement with the landlord and for a fee, 6 bicycles can be rented for CZK 5 € / bicycle / day. The house is suitable for up to 9 people. The price in the price list is for a maximum of 7 people, 2 extra persons are available at an additional cost on the spot (50,- EUR / person / week in high season - July, August, New Year's Eve, and CZK 35,- EUR/ person / week in the low season).

In South Bohemia, in the wilderness on the hill, with a gorgeous view of Sumava and Blansky les, not far from village Horice na Sumave, ca 16 km southwest of historical town Cesky Krumlov and ca 4 km form the dam reservoir Lipno. Fantastically calm place ideal for nature lovers and for people, who are looking for rest and relaxation and simply perfect for fishermen, since you can catch fish in your own private pond behind the house and keep them! The owner can even lend you a fishing rod. Excellent conditions for cycling (marked bicycle routes, e. g. 10 km from the house beginns a nice path called "Jezerni stezka" - 12 km long path for cyclists and in-liner). Rope-center Lipno 20 km. In the area you will also find several attractions. Historic town (UNESCO) with romantic streets and the castle Cesky Krumlov 16 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 20 km, Rosenberg Castle 27 km, monastery Vyssi Brod 32 km, castle Hluboka and hunting lodge with ZOO, South Bohemian city of Ceske Budejovice 40 km, further the beautiful village Holasovice (UNESCO) 36 km, castle Kratochvile, and much more.
