Entry, hall, spacious kitchen/dining room with dining table for 8 persons, refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven and tiled stove. Sitting room with sofa for 6 persons, sat-TV and piano. Double room. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Stairs to first floor from the hall. First floor: modern bathroom with corner bath, separate toilet. Two double rooms and spacious bedroom with four beds. Central heating (solid fuels). This house sits on own partially fenced property with yard, garden furniture with beach umbrella, grill, outdoor fireplace, swing and nice, covered swimming pool 8 x 3,2 m with filtration behind the house. Own parking lot.
