There are 2-, 3-, and 5-bedroom apartments, furnished with double and single beds, kitchenette with fridge, two ceramic hobs and electric kettle, table, TV with satellite and set-top-box, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. There are a total of 9 apartments. Spacious dining room with a beautiful tiled stove, bar and tables with chairs. Garden with several seating areas and a large pergola with tables and benches, summer kitchen and fireplace for grilling. Ample parking on site. Apartement JC 0231 C: An apartement for four persons with one double bed and two single beds. Apartment is suitable for max. 4 persons and 1 baby.

In south Bohemia, in a picturesque village Purkarec, near the dam Hnevkovice, ca. 10 km north of the town Hluboka nad Vltavou. The house has a realy strategic location suitable for walking, cycling, swimming and fishing. There are many cultural and historical landmarks in the surrsoundings - such as „Vorarske“ museum, which is only 100 m from the house, Karluv Hradek - a romantic ruin of a royal residence only 2 km, in the distance of 10 km is the town Hluboka nad Vltavou, which offers a beautiful castle, hunting lodge Ohrada with a ZOO, golf course, tennis court, nice out-door swimming pool with water slide, possibility of horse back riding and much more.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant (Purkarec) 200 m. More shops, restaurants, supermarket and all social activities (Hluboka nad Vltavou) 10 km or (Tyn nad Vltavou) 15 km. Swimming, water sports, fishing (permit requiered) and possibility of boat cruises on a dam Hnevkovice just 200 meters from the house!
