Freestanding, in 2011 newly built house in the Austrian-Alpine style, suitable even for demanding clients. The house is equipped with a sense for a detail and offers to clients a maximum of comfort. Pension offers a fully furnished suite and 4 single rooms, each with its own bathroom, for rent.
Apartment (JC 0127 A): Living room with folding sofa (two extra beds), TV with flat screen, dining table for 4 people, open kitchen with an electric two-plate cooker, electric kettle and entrance to the balcony. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Separate rooms (JC 0127 B): Two rooms - each with one double, one single bed and bathroom with shower and toilet and the other two rooms - each one with double bed, fold-out sofa (two extra beds) and bathroom with shower and toilet and the other with three single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet.
On a ground floor there is a cozy restaurant with fireplace and its own entrance, a dining room for a hotel guests, a bar and a childrens playground. In the basement you will find a wine bar with tiled stove, a wine cellar with a possibility of gustation and sauna with a relaxing room (possibility of using for a fee).
The house is heated by a central heating with solid fuels. The extensive land by the house is not fenced, there is a terrace with garden furniture, garden pool - Biotop, with filtration, suitable for swimming, playground with trampoline and sandpit, grassy playground for football or other ball games and golf driving range with one hole. Pets are not allowed. Cot available on request. Wi-Fi internet connection is available. Final cleaning is made by the owner for fee CZK 750,- / week. Prices listed in the pricelist are for a full pension, but at most 13 people + baby, the other 4 people are available for payment on the spot: children 0-3 years for free, children 3-10 years 50 % from the price, children 10 years and more same fee as for adults which is EUR 75,- / person / week. On the spot there also is possible to buy breakfast or half board. Refundable deposit of EUR 250,-. The owner of the house has its own appartment in the house and maximaly respects the private atmosphere of the guests. The entire guest house is suitable for up to 17 persons + baby. Renting a single room per week/day for up to 4 persons can be found under our code JC 0127 A and JC 0127 B.

In South Bohemia, in the protected landscape area Blansky Les, on the outskirts of the picturesque village Cakovec, 4 km from the village Dubne and about 11 km west of the town Ceske Budejovice. Pension offers beautiful and soothing views of the ponds and wooded hills beyond. The area is ideal for swimming, water sports, walking, cycling or visiting many various historical and cultural sights, which are located nearby. Village Holasovice (on the UNESCO World Heritage Site) 4 km, the town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful castle, a hunting lodge Ohrada and zoological gardens 14 km, castle Kratochvíle 18 km, the ruins Divci Kamen 18 km, lift to the top of the mountain Klet (1083 m) 18 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 23 km, historic town Cesky Krumlov with a castle (is also on the UNESCO World Heritage Site) 26 km.
