    Description of accommodation

    You occupy one half of the former farm house, the other half is not occupied. The cottage is nicely and comfortably furnished. Enterance through the passage to a small enclosed garden. Hall, kitchen with gas stove with electric oven, wood stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table for 5 persons, sofa (extra bed), armchair and satellite TV. Room with a double bed, corner sofa (two extra beds), fireplace and access to the bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Central heating with solid fuels. There is a fenced garden, roofed terrace with sitting (table and benches) and garden fireplace, rocking benche and a fireplace at disposal. Parking in a closed passage or by the object.

    Small dog is allowed (really only small one). The electricity consumption shall be paid on the spot. Off the main season, possibility of short term stays, ask in the office. The cottage is suitable for up to 5/7 persons.

    In South Bohemia, in an area called "Czech Canada", at the edge of a small village Vaclavov, ca. 3 km from the village Pisecne, 7 km east of the town Slavonice and only 9 km from the border with Austria. The cottage is located on the amazing quiet spot the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The area offers many cultural and historical landmarks - such as the town Slavonice (urban conservation area - UNESCO) 7 km town Dacice with a chateau 16 km, town Telc (urban conservation area - UNESCO) with a chateau 32 km, town Moravske Budejovice with a chateau 35 km, the monastery Nova Rise 33 km, castles Landstejn 19 km and Bitov 32 km. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling, swimming and fishing.
    Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Pisecna) 3 km, supermarket, several restaurants and other amenities (Slavonice) 7 km. Indoor and outdoor pool (Dacice) 16 km. Outdoor pool and sauna (Moravske Budejovice) 35 km. Aquapark - outdoor and indoor swimming pool (Jindrichuv Hradec) 42 km. More swimming and water sports (camping Zvule) 26 km and (camp Osika) 28 km.       Velmi vstřícný a ochotný majitel.Krasne venkovní posezení s výhledem do pěkně zahrady. Velmi klidná lokalita v turistický zajímavé lokalitě.

      Krasne tiche prostredi, 15-20 minut autem jsou okolite vesnice. Obrovska spalna, takze vzduch byl porad svezi. Velka zahrada, se zahradnim krbem, hojdackou, stolem s lavicemi. Velka lednice. Majitele pratelsti

      Chata neni tak docela bez ucasti pronajimatele, je to dvojdomek, majitel bydli vedle. Wifi nedostatecna na pracovni meeting.

      Nádherná zahrada vybavená zahradní houpačkou, grilem se zastřešeným posezením, na které je přístup rovnou z kuchyně/obýváku. Velký pokoj na spaní + jedna menší ložnice, komora na potraviny. Majitel bydlí vedle, ochotný, mohli jsme si od něj brát dřevo na gril. Celkově pěkné místnosti, vybavené, včetně kuchyně, nové pračky, jen koupelna už není moc pěkná, zasloužila by rekonstrukci.
