Mountain house for independent living. Very nicely and comfortably arranged – You will feel here like home and hind here enough calm. All rooms in the same plane. Entrance to the hall. Living room with sitting suit, dining table, fire stove, TV with satellite, video recorder, radio and CD-player. Extra bed possible. Kitchen with two ceramic hobc, fridge, coffe maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet, bedroom with one double bed and second bedroom with bunk bed and a possibility to sleep on a mattress on a tile stove. Heated by fire place and a heating system with radiators. Fenced garden (closed yard) which enables full privacy. Garden furniture with parasol, mobile grill, fire pit, sand pit, swing and slide available. Own parking-site at covered gateway.

Cot on request. One dog allowed. Washing machine available. Renting of 3 bikes (2 for adults, 1 for child) possible after agreement and for fee (EUR 15,-/bike per week). The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week and a fee for wood EUR 24,-/week shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for maximum of 3 adults + 2 children.

In South Bohemia, on the edge of the recreational settlement Kresanov, ca 3 km west of the town Vimperk and only about 30 km from the border to Germany, at an altitude of 900 m above the sea level. A fantastic view of the garden and of the landscape behind the garden. Very quiet place in the arms of nature. Absolute privacy. Amazing place in the middle of the protected landscape area "Sumava" - the resort is characterized by a beautiful countryside with many hills, deep forests, famous lakes "Cerne“ (Black lake) and "Certovo“ (Devil lake) or virgin forest "Boubin" 20 km distant. The whole area is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and taking of various trips. A new trail for cyclists and in-liners only 1 km. In the surroundings there are found many cultural and historical sightseeings – e. g. chateau Vimperk 4 km, the ruins of castle Kasperk 20 km, gothic castle and historical town Strakonice 33 km (here takes place the well-known bag-piper-festival each summer), chateau Kratochvile 37 km, the ruins of castle Helfenburk 32 km.
Distances: Basic foods, restaurant and supermarket, further swimming pool, horse riding and tennis court (Vimperk) 3 km. Indoor swimming pool and sauna (Prachatice) 27 km. Forest 200 m. Fishing (with a permit) 500 m.
