Free standing house, smartly arranged. Entrance, hall, living room with sitting suit and TV with satellite. Living room is openly joined to the kitchen with dining table, electric cooker with ceramic hob and hot-flue oven, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. Bedroom with double bed. Upstairs second bedroom with three single beds and one folding extra bed. Fenced, nicely kept garden, garden furniture with parasol, garden fireplace, table tennis and round swimming pool (4.5 m in diameter). Gas central heating and electric extra heating. Garage and own parking-site.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of small village Holubov, ca 13 km north of historical town Cesky Krumlov (city monumental reservation) and 16 km from Ceske Budejovice. House stands at the foothill of Klet (1083 m above sea level), in protected landscape area Blansky Les. Basic foodstuff 200 m, supermarket 13 km and 3 restaurants within 200 m. In-door pool, sauna, tennis 13 and 16 km, golf 24 km, horse riding 1.5 km, swimming in a pond with slide 250 m or in river 6 km. Raft renting 6 and 13 km. Forest 300 m. Railway behind the garden where the local trains between Ceske Budejovice and Cesky Krumlov go, train stop 400 m far. A lot of sights in range of 24 km (castles, ruins, monasteries).
