Description of accommodation

Free-standing country house, in 2009 completely and nicely renovated, well and comfortably furnished. You are renting only the ground floor, first floor is closed (you find the whole house to rent under our code JC 0747). Entry, hall, living room with sitting area (used also as a fold-out bed – 1,5 bed), fireplace and TV with DVD. Modern kitchen with dining table, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed and possibility of one extra bed (mattresses on the ground). Bathroom with shower and separated toilet. Central heating with a firestove and oil heating. The garden is partially fenced, entrance with roller gate. There is garden furniture with parasol, portable grill, sand pit and table tennis at disposal.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. One small dog allowed (really only small breed). Washing machine and WiFi at disposal. There is a tennis court just right next to the house, which you can use after agreement with the owner. On spot shall be paid the consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week, oil consumption and in winter wood consumption. The ground floor part is suitable for max. 3/4 adults + child + baby. You find the whole house to rent under our code JC 0747 (suitable for maximum of 8 adults + 1 child + 1 baby).

In the Bohemian Forest, on the edge of small village Cimice, ca. 10 km northeast of the town Susice and only about 40 km from the border to Germany - Bavaria. Beautiful, distant view of the gardens, the meadows and mountain landscape of the Bohemian Forest. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing or discoverin of the beautiful nature and sightseeings in the surroundings. E.g. castle ruins Kasperk 12 km, Rabi 4 km and Prachen 10 km, castle and historic town Strakonice 22 km, castle Velhartice 22 km, chateau Blatna 30 km.
Distances: Basic foods 300 m, supermarket (Horazdovice and Susice) 10 km, restaurant (hotel Rabi) 4 km. Tennis by the house. Pond for bathing 1 km, swimming pool (Zihobce) 4 km. Out-door and in-door swimming pool and sauna (Horazdovice) 10 km. Horse riding, renting of bicycles and boats on the river Otava (Susice) 12 km. Fishing (with a permit) in the pond (Malkovec) 1.5 km or in the river Otava (Zichovice) 2 km. The forest 500 m.
