Free standing house is completely renovated in the year 2008 and rally gracious. You walk up three stairs in the entrance and then all the rooms are on the same floor. Entrance, hall, living room with a three-piece-suite (also possible double bed), dining table, chimney place and TV/SAT. Kitchen with a gas-range and the electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower, bidet, and a toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. Central gas heating. The garden is fenced, there is a terrace and garden furniture, portable grill and fire place at your disposal. Parking is possible in the garden, the garage works as a storage for bicycles etc.

Western Bohemia – Sumava mountains – in a calm, small village called Hradek u Susice, app. 3km from a pretty little town Susice and only about 30 km from the German border. Beautiful scenic area Sumava is merging into „Bavorsky Les – Bavarian Forest“ here. Sumava is well known for its hills, lakes and deep woods. A little river called Ostruzna is going through the village. There are many historical sights in the neighbourhood, for example the castles Velhartice (9km), Rabi (12km), the ruins Kasperk (23km) and Prachen (20km) and the town Klatovy with famous catacombs (25km). You can enjoy your time hiking in the woods, looking for the mushrooms, biking or fishing.
Distances: The basic grocery shop is in the village about 100m far, restaurant 1 km, bigger store 3km (in Susice). There is also a swimming pool and a tennis court in Susice. Aquapark and sauna are in Horazdovice (22km), horseback riding possible in Mlazovy (9km) Swimming and fishing – permit needed – is possible in the pond Valcha-Zavlekov (10km), the water sports in the large pond Hnacov (16km), boat and raft rental in Susice (4km), forest 500m. - Photogallery
