Former water mill with house and next-door building which is not used any more. Main entrance to a hall with table skittles and access to the in-yard with terrace. From the terrace is access to the appartment with a double bed, own small kitchen and bathroom with shower, washbassin and toilet. From the hall lead stairs up. Upstairs there is a living room with sitting suit, dining table, sat-TV with video, fire stove and two extra beds. Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. From the kitchen you can enter the bathroom with bath, wasching machine and dish washer. Separate toilet. From the kitchen you get to the dining room with dining tables for 10 persons. Bedroom with a double bed. Stairs in the attic, where are three more bedrooms - two with three beds and one with two beds. Gas central heating. In-yard, terrace, garden furniture with parasol, portable grill, fireplace, room with a table tennis and covered swimming pool 8 x 3,5 m. Own parking-site.

In Czech-Moravian Highlands, almost secluded, in the vicinity of village Dolni Smrcne, ca 18 km southeast of town Jihlava. Near the house runs a railway. The house stands directly on the bank of river Jihlava. Very nice view of green, meadows, forest and river. Castle Trebic 24 km and Telc 28 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant in the village 200 m, supermarket (Jihlava) 18 km. Other shops and restaurants (Brtnice) 5 km and (Jihlava) 18 km. Small train stop ca 100 m. Open-air pool (Luka nad Jihlavou) 18 km. Aquapark, sauna and golf ground (Jihlava) 18 km. You can use a tennis court in the village (for a fee) - 500 m distant. Playground for children 200 m.
