Detached holiday house, nice and comfortable furnished. Entrance, veranda with seating, living room with sitting area, fireplace, TV and a staircase to the upper floor. Kitchen with dining table, fridge / freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. A simple bathroom with shower and sink and separate toilet in the bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious living / bedroom with a double bed and a balcony and access to the other two bedrooms. Second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed (140 cm). Heating with fireplace and electric. The garden is surrounded by a hedge, you have garden furniture, garden fireplace and a swimming pool diameter 3 m. Own parking. Max. 5 adults + 2 children.

A small dog is allowed (small breed, € 40,-). Electricity, wood and water consumption is paid on the spot. Deposit EUR 100,-. Fee for final cleaning (€ 25,-). If there is lack of water in summer months, the quality of the pool can be affected (this can be check before the stay).
