Free standing small house, in the year 2010 reconstructed, tastefully and efficiently furnished. Entrance over a small outdoor stairway into the upper apartment (living space 30 m2), room with a single bed, kitchen table for 4 persons, small open kitchen with a gas cooker (two plates), refrigerator, microwave oven and a kettle. Living room/bedroom with a sitting corner (two chairs), a double bed and TV set with a DVD. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the ground level, there is another small apartment (studio ca 15 m2) with one double bed, kitchen table for 2 persons, small kitchen corner with a gas cooker (two plates), microwave oven and a kettle. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. This apartment is at disposal after previous agreement with the landlord and is to be paid on the spot. Central gas heating with a thermostat. The house stands on a vast plot surrounded with a fence. There is also the house of the landlord on the plot. There is a terrace with garden furniture, sitting (table and benches) with a parasol, portable grill and a fireplace at disposal. Parking on the locked plot at the house.

Note on accommodation

Pets are not allowed. You have the option to rent the landlords fishing boat, which he will personally deliver to the water reservoir after previous agreement. Possibility of connection to internet and of storing bikes. The consumption of electricity is included in the price. The house is suitable for maximum of 3/5 persons. The prices on the pricelist are scheduled for the maximum of 3 persons (upper apartment), the other 2 persons (lower apartment) are possible after agreement and for the fee on spot (EUR 40,-/person/week).

In east Bohemia, on the edge of a small and picturesque village Sec, about 1 km from the water reservoir of the same name, ca 20 km to the south of the town Chrudim. The house stands on a vast plot, which is completely surrounded by a fence. An ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday. The area offers ideal conditions for swimming, walking, cycling (there are many marked cycle paths) and making many of various trips. Chateau Zleby 17 km, chateau Slatinany 20 km, the ruins of the castle Zumberk 20 km, the open air museum Vesely Kopec 18 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurants (Sec) 200 m. Supermarket(Tremosnice) 8 km, another restaurant and other amenities (Chrudim) 20 km.
