Semi-detached house, in 2003 partly renovated and simply furnished and equipped. Entry through terrace to entrance hall; living room with couch (extra bed), dinning table for 6 persons and sat-TV. Simple kitchenette with dining table, gas stove with electric oven, fridge, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and one separate bed. First floor: 2 bedrooms – 1 twin bedded room with sitting area, 1 bedroom with 4 separate beds and table with 4 chairs. Stairs can be covered with tipping door, over which you can go to second bathroom with sitting bath and toilet. Fenced garden and nice terrace, garden furniture, portable garden grill and round swimming pool with diameter 3,6 m at your disposal. Heating with gas.

Washing machine at your disposal. Pets are not allowed. In the second part of the house lives an older woman; you do not get in touch with her; her doors and windows give upon the opposite direction. Absolute privacy. This property is suitable for 9/10 persons maximum.
