The newly renovated and cosily furnished cottage with antique furniture, which includes a large landscaped garden, offers great facilities for your unforgettable holiday in the South Bohemian countryside.
Entrance, living room with exposed beam ceiling, open fireplace, LCD TV and seating on a leather sofa and a pair of armchairs. Separate kitchen with dining area and an unit equipped with a ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, the first one with 1 double bed and the second one with 2 single beds, a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person), a pair of armchairs and a desk. Bathroom with shower, basin and washing machine. Separate toilet. In the attic there is a second living room with seating on rattan armchairs. Third bedroom with 4 single beds and seating at the table. The building is centrally heated by electric heaters and locally by the fireplace.
In the second wing of the cottage, guests have access to a games room with a ping-pong table and darts as well as to a bike shed for safe storage of your bikes. Outdoor seating under a shelter with a rocking bench. Second seating on metal garden furniture under a parasol in front of the cottage. There is also a firepit and a portable charcoal grill in the garden. Parking space for up to 3 cars in front of the building.Part of accommodation

Pets allowed (small breed) for a fee of CZK 450 per stay. Wi-Fi connection available. Refundable deposit CZK 3000. Firewood and electric power consumption up to 50 kWh included in the price. Guests will either do the final clean-up themselves or for a fee of CZK 1000. Bedding, towels and teacloths provided by the landlord. The property is suitable for up to 9 guests.

In South Bohemia, in the small village of Červený Újezdec, 12 km from the center of České Budějovice. Whether you are going to South Bohemia for an active or relaxing holiday, here you will find peace from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life and at the same time you will have all the tourist attractions within reach. Among the historically important monuments, we should mention the fairy-tale castle in Hluboká n. Vltavou (11.5 km), the hunting castle Ohrada (13 km), the spa town of Třeboň (22.5 km) with a castle and renaissance town houses in the historic center and the very center of the royal town of České Budějovice, which is known for its central square with the iconic Samson Fountain surrounded by town houses with arcades, the Black Tower and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas.
For families with small children, we recommend to visit the Slověnický mlýn amusement park (12 km) or the zoo in Hluboká n. Vltava (13 km). For natural beauties, either head to the valley of the meandering Vltava River, where you can, among other things, try an unconventional experience in the form of climbing one of the secured routes on the Hluboká via ferrata (13.5 km), or to the cultural landscape of the Třeboň region, which, with its flat character and paths leading between countless ponds, is perfect for sightseeing cycling trips.
