Freestanding, renovated and efficiently furnished cottage, very spacious and therefore suitable for larger groups. Enterance through the covered terrace, corridor. Common room with tables and chairs for 16 people, table football and cable television. Open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave owen and dishwasher. Bathroom with tube and toilet. In the floor there is another bathroom with tub, a second separate toilet and five bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom, second and third bedroom with bunk bed and a double bed, fourth bedroom with one single bed and bunk bed and a fifth bedroom with one single bed and bunk bed. Gas central heating. The house stands on its own large fenced land. There is a roofed terrace, wooden garden furniture (table and benches), garden grill, table tennis and pool 8 x 4 m, with roof and possibility of heating by heat pump, to disposal. Clients can for fee use a wellness with infrasauna, whirlpool, shower and relax room (in the price are included also 4 pcs. of sauna's sheets). Parking space for 6 cars.

At the foot of the Giant Mountains, on the outskirts of the village Horní Branná, about 4 km southwest of Vrchlabi. The house stands in the area of family farms in the valley of the mountain stream "Sovinka" between the towns Vrchlabi and Jilemnice. This area offers a wide range of activities, both in summer and winter. Among the many attractions lets name for example the chateau Horní Branná 500 m, the castle Jilemnice and the Giant mountain museum 4 km, the safari - zoo in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 30 km, the famous mountain resort of Spindleruv Mlyn and Pancavsky waterfall 18 km, another mountain resort of Harrachov and Mumlavské falls 32 km, castle Pecka 17 km and Kumburk 22 km, Bozkovske cave 22 km, Janske Lazne and lift to the top of "Černá Hora" 20 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant in the village 600 m, supermarket (Vrchlabi and Jilemnice) 4 km. Swimming (Valteřice) 3 km, indoor swimming pool, sauna and wellness club (Jilemnice) 4 km, aqua park (Spindleruv Mlyn) 18 km.
