    Detached family house, nicely furnished. Entrance during veranda with a ski storage, walk-in closet, corridor and stairs to the basement and attic. Down in the basemen is a common room with a dining table with seating for 8 persons, hearth, SAT TV, refrigerator and partly separated kitchenette with 2 plates cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffeemaker and sink. In the corridor there is a separate toilette. On the first floor is a corridor with seating and 3 separated bedrooms. First one with double bed, seating, TV and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilette. Second one with double bed and one single bed, seating, entrance to the balcony and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilette. Third one with double bed, one single bed and one extra bed, TV and entrance to the balcony; bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilette for this bedroom is on the corridor. Central electrical heating. There is a non-fenced garden with a seating area at the garden fireplace, a swing and a sandpit. There is a possibility of a small inflatable pool for children, also there is the opportunity to rent badminton, petanque, croquet. Parking in front of the object.

    Note on accommodation

    One pet allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Wifi connection is available. Linen, towels, water and electricity consumption are included. A fee for wood of 2,000 CZK/m3 is paid on the spot. Electricity consumption for shorter stays (winter CZK 2,000, off-season CZK 1,500). Shortened stays min. 3 nights. Final cleaning (CZK 1000,-). The landlord lives on the ground floor, which respects the privacy of guests. Upon appointment, breakfast or half board can be arranged in a hotel 50 meters away. The house is suitable for up to 8 people.

    In Giant Mountains, in the quiet part of well known village Harrachov, near borders with Poland. This area falls into the Giant Mountains National Park and offers great conditions for both summer and winter peaceful family holiday. Among places of interest in the vicinity you find e. g. Museum of Mining and Ski Jumping Platforms directly in Harrachov up to 1 km, Mumlava waterfalls 3,5 km, known mountain Kotel (10th highest mountain in Czech republic, 1435 m) 9 km, spring of the river Labe, Labský důl or Ambrož's view 11 km (by foot or by bike, by car ca 20 km). Jilemnice (Giant Mountains Musem) 26 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 20 km (by car 47 km) and many others.
    Distances: basic food store and restaurants within 200 m, supermarkets and public facilities in Harrachov up to 500 m. Sports area - rope park and bobsleigh track 300 m, massage 200 m. Outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, wellness, fitness and small spa, tennis, mini golf, bicycle and "moto-bicycle" rental in Harrachov up to 1,5 km. Golfclub Harrachov 2 km, fishing (with trout permission) river Jizera 5 km. Forest 300 m.
    Winterinfo: Whole area offers excellent conditions for all the winter sports, mainly for cross-country skiing, skiing and winter hiking. Sport equipment rental 250 m, bobsleigh track 300 m, ski school and children's slope 350 m. The most attractive is Ski centre Harrachov with complete facilities including ski rentals and ski schools 1,5 km, Rokytnice nad Jizerou 11 km, Ski centre Desná 10 km, Albrechtice 13 km and many others.
