Free standing house, original cottage from1848, built in typical style of Giant Mountains, arranged with original wooden furniture. Entrance, hall, living room with folding couch, chair, fire stove (sleeping possible there) and TV with satellite. Living kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, coffee maker, microwave owen and tea kettle. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Two bedrooms – each with one double bed. Fenced garden with garden furniture, grill and embedded swimming pool (3,2 m in diameter, 1,2 m deep). Electric heating, in bathroom floor heating. Own parking-site.

Shop (Nova Paka) 6 km, resaturants (Na Špici) 1 and (Nová Paka) 6 km. Open-air pool (Pecka) 12 km, in-door pool and sauna (Jičín) 10 km, tennis (Nová Paka) 6 km, golf (Mladé Buky) 38 km. Horse riding and swimming in a pond (Jahodnice) 1 km. Sport centre (Bowling, Squash, Sauna, Restaurant, Bar) 3 km. Forest 80 m. Fishing (Ubyslavice - with permission) 1 km.
