Free-standing mountain cottage, built around 1830, in 2008 beautifully and with feeling renovated so that the original elements and style of the region were kept. The house has all rooms in one level, interior is nicely decorated and inside is used a lot of wood, including wooden floors. You have all comfort here at that you are in the middle of the mountains too. Entry, hall, spacious sitting room with dining table, sofa, two rocking-chairs, fireplace stove, Sat-TV with DVD and 180 cm long antique bed. Modern open kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic cookplate and hot-air oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee-maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Central heating linked to the fireplace-stove, in the bathroom and hall there is floor-heating. The cottage stands on own ground (without fencing). Terrace, garden furniture and a portable grill, parasol, drying rack and a fire pit are at disposal. Since you are in a national nature resort, you will get the fire-safety-directions by the owner. Private parking.

The washing machine at disposal. Non-smoking house. O2 and T-mobile cell phone signal available. The consumption of electricity over 40 kWh per week and fire wood consumption shall be paid on the spot. The consumption of fire wood costs ca € 8,-/day during winter periods. The house is suitable for up to 4/5 persons. During winter, or in the case of late arrival must the landlord stay overnight in small room in the attic (has its own entrance).

In Giant Mountains, in the middle of National Park - a protected nature reserve with beautiful landscape sceneries, with many hills, mountain meadows and deep forests. The chalet stands on the edge of the village Dolni Alberice (in the immediate vicinity are found only 3 other houses) - the village is about 3 km long and here and there are widely scattered lonely mountain houses. The Village is located about 7 km north of the town Svoboda nad Upou and ca 19 km north of the town Trutnov. House stands on the hillside, at an altitude of ca 750 m above sea level, near the forest, with beautiful view of the surroundings - wooded hills, meadows and in the valley. A very quiet place, you will only be disturbed by the birds piping and brooklet gurgling, which flows downhill about 30 m from the house. Ideal for those who sigh for quiet in the arms of unique and beautiful mountainous landscape. Surroundings offer good conditions for wandering in the mountains, cycling and taking various trips – f. e. cableway to the highest peak of the Giant Mountains and also of the Czech Republic „Snezka“ (1602 m high) in Pec pod Snezkou 11 km, safari-zoo in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 39 km, sightseeing flights at the sporting airport Lanov 23 km.
