Detached holiday house; the landlord owns also the neighbouring house (they are connected with garage) Simply, but fully furnished and equipped property. Entry, living room with sofa and dinning table, fireplace, sat-TV and radio. Simple kitchen with fridge, 3 plates, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and WC; separate toilet. First floor: bedroom with double bed and two separate beds; twin bedded room. Non-fenced garden; garden furniture with beach umbrella, garden fireplace and fire pit. There is a possibility to bathe in the river called Malá Morava, which is located approximately 35 m away from the house. Own parking lot and garage.

Pets are not allowed.There is a garage next to the house and from the other side there is adjoint another holiday home (see below code SM 0027). In winter the consumption of electricity for heating shall be paid on the spot (ca. EUR 40,-/week). The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.
