A luxurious house in 2008 newly built and very well and comfortably furnished. Entry, hall, living room with sofa, fireplace stove, Sat-TV and dining table. Open kitchen with ceramic hotplate, combined oven with microwave oven and grill, refrigerator, tea kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is a small hall, second bathroom with tub and toilet and three bedrooms - two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Electric heating. Partialy fenced garden with pavillon, on disposal garden furniture and fireplace. Parking for two standard cars under covered standing, possible other cars may park on the parking place ca 150 m from the house.

In Jizera Mountains, in village Bedrichov, ca 10 km north of the beautiful city Liberec with all sorts of facilities and only 27 km from the border to Germany. House stands at the sea-level of ca 870 m and from the house is beautiful view on the mountainous countryside in the surrounding. In summer as well as in winter has the area a lot to offer - walking, cycling, swimming, playing tennis and many other sports and cultural facilities are avaiable by foot.
Distances: Basic foods (Bedrichov) 600 m, three restaurants in the village 150 to 500 m, supermarket (Jablonec) 5 km or (Liberec) 8 km. Natural swimming pool (Bedrichov) only 200 m.
