Detached villa, partially renovated in 2017, pleasantly furnished. Entrance via porch, hallway, kitchen with large dining table for 10 persons, TV, electric stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate toilet. Bedroom with a double bed, bunk bed and seat. Upstairs there is a landing with seating, a second toilet and two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. Central gas heating. Enclosed garden with pergola, garden furniture, portable barbecue, fireplace, sandpit and slide. Private parking. Occupancy up to 10 people.
