Detached guest house with a terrace and a small fenced garden. On the ground floor, a spacious common room with dining tables, a bar and a fireplace. It is followed by a games room with billiards, darts and table football. Professional stainless steel kitchen with gas and induction hob, oven, microwave, deep fryer, fridge, freezer, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. Separate men's and women's toilets. The pension is divided into 4 apartments with their own bathroom. On the first floor, the first apartment with 4 beds in two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over a bath, a sink and a toilet. Available fenced garden, seating on the terrace with grill, fireplace and large sandpit. Space for storing up to 21 bikes or winter equipment. Parking at the building.

In the Liberec region, in Podještědí, 16 km from Liberec, 26 km from Turnov and less than 33 km from the border with Poland. The guesthouse is located in the village of Hodky, part of the municipality of Světlá pod Ještědem. The place is suitable for traveling around the surrounding monuments, hiking and cycling. In particular, we recommend the educational trail named after the writer Karolína Světlá, who lived in this locality and wrote several of her books here. Lovers of winter sports will also enjoy themselves here. A number of ski areas within 40 km and excellent snow conditions for most of the winter ensure a quality winter holiday with everything you need.
