Detached, cosily furnished holiday house. Entry through covered terrace; small hall, living room with sofa, dining table and sat-TV. Open kitchenette, 2 plates, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bathroom with shower and WC. First floor: double room with sitting area and entry to bathroom with shower and WC. One more bedroom with double bed and two separate beds, sitting area and also entry to another bathroom with shower and WC. Electric heating. This property sits on non-fenced garden, where also another two cottages occur. Garden furniture with beach umbrella, covered terrace with outdoor fireplace (grill at the same time). Own parking lot and garage.

In central Bohemia, near the village Duba, about 23 km south of Ceska Lipa and about 60 km from Prague. This holiday house is standing almost alone (only 3 cottages together); on hill near forest. Access road ends by the house (you are almost “at the End of the World”), beautiful view of the protected landscape area „ Kokorin valley“. Shops and restaurant 3 and 13 km. Swimming pool 4 km, in-door swimming pool 23 km, tennis 13 km, horse riding 2 km. Fishing (with a fishing permit) 4 km. Lake “Machovo jezero” with sand beach and pleasure steam boat 13 km. Castles and ruins 13 to 24 km.
