Apartment on the ground floor with a living room and a kitchenette equipped with electricity. stove with oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and dishes. Dining table for 6 people with high chair, fireplace, TV and single bed. A walk-through bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Second bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs, a second apartment with a kitchen unit with a two-burner electric stove. cooker, kettle, fridge and microwave oven. A sofa bed (2 extra beds), a single bed, a massive coffee table, a TV and a bedroom in a maisonette with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The third apartment on the floor is rented for a long time.

Pets are allowed for a fee of CZK 450/pet/week. Baby cot available. Refundable deposit CZK 3,000. Bedding and electricity consumption included in the price. Upon agreement with the lessor, catering can be arranged in the U Pranýře restaurant in Hořice in Šumava with the possibility of importation. Common part of the staircase and entrance hall with the third rented apartment. The object is suitable for a maximum of 11 people + a baby.

The cottage is located near the road leading to Frymburk 10.5 km, 8 km southeast of Horní Planá and 22 km southwest of Český Krumlov. The location is particularly ideal for cyclists and motorcyclists. For lovers of water sports, it is ideal to visit Windy point, just 2 km from the property.
