Ustairs hall and two bedrooms, each with one double bed and one extra bed (new beds with health mattresses). One bedroom has balcony. From outside you entry a common room with billard table (using for a fee). Large, fenced garden with high hedge which provides enough privacy. Terrace, garden furniture, sun beds, garden house, garden grill and embedded swimming pool 7 x 5 m with filtration and heating pump available. The swimming pool with a sitting area is roofed - ready to use since May till October. Central heating with stove. Own parking-site in garden.
