In 2009 renovated in a row standing house. Entrance, hall, kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, gas stove, fridge / freezer, kettle and microwave. Living room with sofa for 3 persons (also extra sofa bed), another dining table for 4 persons and sat-TV with DVD. Bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed and a bunk beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Gas central heating. Fully fenced garden offers plenty of privacy. There is a roofed terrace with a sitting area, a sunshade, a portable grill and childrens pool at disposal. Parking in the fenced garden.

Cot on request. One dog allowed (only a small race). There is boat available on a pond, for free. Consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot, in the heating period shall be also paid a consumption of gas. The house is suitable for up to 6 persons + extra bed + baby.

In South Moravia, in the village Suchy, just 50 meters from the natural pond, ca. 11 km from the town Boskovice and about 45 km north of the town Brno. Village Suchy lies in a beautiful environment Drahanska highlands, which is a popular recreation area. Only 50 m from the house there is a recreational pond of an area approximately 6 hectares, which is suitable for swimming, water sports and fishing (with permit). Village Suchy is situated 660 m above the see level, about 20 km from the protected area of „Moravian kras“ with many world-famous cave systems. In the area there is also many cultural and historical landmarks - such as the castle Boskovice 11 km, Rajec-Jestrebi 14 km or Blansko 19 km, an entertaining park - Western town 15 km, protected area "Moravian Kras" with caves Sloupsko-Sosuvske, Balcarka, Katerinska and Punkevni with the abyss Macocha - all within a radius of 25 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant in the village 100 m, supermarket, more restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and other facilities (Boskovice) 11 km.
