You occupy the ground floor of a nicely equipped house with a terrace and valley view, after renovation in 2017. Entrance through the winter garden with seating for 6 people, sofa, billiards and a gym. Living room with seating group for 7 persons (sofa bed as extra double bed), fireplace, wall-mounted LCD TV, dining table for 6 persons and kitchen. Kitchenette with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, tableware and dishwasher. First separate bedroom with a double bed and sofa. Second bedroom with a double bed and a desk. Bathroom with original bathtub with shower, sink and washing machine. Enclosed toilet in the bathroom. The house is heated centrally and by a wood fireplace. Guests can use the well-kept garden, the above-ground saltwater swimming pool with a diameter of 4.3 m, a swing for children and a fireplace. Possibility of fishing in the valley 200 m from the cottage. Parking by the object for up to 4 vehicles.

The owner of the building lives in the attic of the house, which has a separate entrance from the shared garden with swimming pool and respects the privacy of guests. Possibility to use massage services operated by the owner of the building in the basement. The building is particularly suitable for animal lovers (the owner has two small friendly dogs and small farm animals next to the property).

In a remote area, in the South Moravian Region, 5 km from the town of Lysice and approximately 33 km north of Brno. The house is situated on the edge of a quiet village Lhota u Lysic, on a slope and with an unusual view from the immediate vicinity of the hills and the valley. In the valley there is also a small pond with the possibility of fishing (without a permit!). Surroundings of the house are suitable for hiking - rock formation Žižkův stůl (up to 1 km), natural sight Lysice park with alley of aged trees (2 km) or Lysice castle with the castle garden (4 km). The area is suitable for visiting sights of both natural and cultural character. Among the most interesting are certainly the famous Macocha Abyss (31 km), Sloupsko-šošůvské caves in the protected area Moravian Karst (25 km), fairytale castle Pernštejn (32 km) and Western town with a unique atmosphere of the Wild West in Boskovice (18 km).
