Detached villa, stylishly furnished. Entrance via covered terrace, living room with sitting area, large stone fireplace and TV. Access to the dining room with a single bed in the corner, dining table for 6 people and open access to the kitchen. Here you will find a fridge / freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. From the kitchen access to the bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. From the hallway there is a steep staircase to the upper floor with three bedrooms and a toilet with washbasin. Bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with a bunk bed. Heated with the wood stove and fireplace. Large, enclosed garden with covered terrace, garden furniture, fire stove, fireplace and a round pool with a diameter of 4.5 m Private parking.

The house stands on a gentle slope at the edge, about 15 km southeast of the town Kaplice, about 45 km south of the South Bohemian metropolis Ceske Budejovice, just 17 km from the Austrian border. Your house is quietly located overlooking the beautiful hills, the Novohradske mountains, meadows and forests. The surrounding mountains are rising to a height of 1000 m above sea level.
